Şirketimizi yönlendiren ve çalışanlarımıza ilham veren bazı iş ilkeleri ve temel inançlar bulunmaktadır. İmalatını yaptığımız Güneş Enerjisi Panelleri ve sunduğumuz hizmeti geliştirmeye çalışırken müşterilerimizin bu çabaları tanımaları bizim en samimi umudumuzdur.

  • Çevresel faktörleri ve iş güvenliği kurallarını göz önünde bulundurarak entegre yönetim sistemi şartlarına uymak ve sürekli iyileştirmeyi sağlamak,
  • Kalite standartlarımızı en yüksek değerlerde tutarak ve uygunluk yükümlüklerini ve yasal gereklilikleri yerine getirerek, uluslararası ve ulusal standartlara uygun hizmetler yapmak,
  • Mevzuatlar çerçevesinde hizmet tesis ederken gerek personelimizin gerekse yararlanıcılarımızın memnuniyetini en yüksek seviyeye taşımak,
  • Sıfır kaza ve sıfır meslek hastalığı ilkesiyle hareket ederek faaliyetlerimiz sırasında meydana gelebilecek kaza veya acil durumlarda, zararları en az düzeye indirecek tedbirler almak,
  • Çalışanlarımızın ve çalışan temsilcilerimizin katılımı ve istişaresini sağlayarak, tüm süreçlere yeni fikirlerle destek olmalarının teşvik edilmesi ile yaratıcı ve yenilikçi yaklaşımların geliştirilmesini sağlamak amacıyla mesleki ve davranışsal yetkinlikleri artıracak ortamı oluşturmak ve eğitimler düzenlemek,
  • İş sağlığı ve güvenliği tehlikeleri ortadan kaldırmak ve İSG risklerini azaltmak,
  • Dünyadaki kaynakların sonsuz olmadığı bilinciyle, bunu bir zorunluluk olarak değil geleceğe özenle korunmuş bir çevre bırakma sorumluluğu olarak özümseyip gerekli aksiyonları almak,
  • Çevre kirliliğinin önlenmesini sağlamak,
  • Tüm birimlerimizde kullanılan elektrik enerjisi, su, kâğıt gibi kaynakların tüketiminde tasarrufa gitmek ve bunun için teknolojik ve sistemsel altyapının oluşturulmasını sağlamak,
  • Faaliyetleri sırasında ortaya çıkan atıkların geri dönüşümünü sağlamak ve tüketimini azaltıcı önlemler almak, yüksek karbon salınımına etki edecek olaylardan kaçınmak,
  • Yaşam döngüsü bakış açısı ile uyumlu olarak atık yönetiminin uygulanmasını ve sürdürülebilirliğini sağlamak,
  • Toplam kaliteye en ekonomik, en hızlı ve en kısa yoldan ulaşarak ürün ürettiğimiz tüm kesimlerin güvenini kazanmak ve bunu sürdürebilmek ve sürekli iyileştirmek hepimizin en önemli görevidir.
